Terms & Service – Mahi Creationz

By shopping with Mahi Creationz, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Company Overview

Mahi Creationz is a Pakistan-based women’s clothing brand specializing in premium unstitched suits offered at wholesale prices. All operations, shipping, and support are conducted within Pakistan only.

2. Ordering Process

Orders are accepted online only via Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp.
Orders are confirmed once full details and payment confirmation are received.
Mahi Creationz reserves the right to cancel or reject any order at its discretion.

3. Pricing

Our suits are priced at PKR 2600–2850, while similar products in the market cost PKR 3500–4500.
Prices are final and inclusive of taxes (unless otherwise stated).
Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Pakistan only.
Standard delivery time is 4–7 working days.
Delays may occur due to courier or logistic issues beyond our control.
Mahi Creationz is not responsible for delays once the parcel is handed over to the courier.

5. Return & Refund

Returns are allowed under our official Return Policy.
Refunds are processed only through our WhatsApp support system.

6. Customer Support

WhatsApp Support Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Sat).
We do not take phone calls — all communication is via messages only.

7. Legal & Dispute Resolution

Disputes or complaints must be sent to our official WhatsApp numbers.
Issues will be resolved either:
- Directly (Person-to-Person), or
- Through High Court or Supreme Court (not police stations).
False or damaging claims may lead to legal action.
