At Mahi Creationz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

🧾 Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the product.

• Contact our support team on WhatsApp to initiate the return.

• Requests made after 10 days will only be eligible for a 50% refund.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• Unstitched, unused, and in its original packaging

• Accompanied by:

  • Order ID

  • Payment proof

  • Clear product images (if there is an issue)

💸 Return Fee

• A PKR 200 non-refundable processing fee must be paid in advance.

🔄 Refund Options

• Full refund if return is initiated within 10 days.

• 50% refund if requested after 10 days (and approved).

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once the item is received and verified.

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

• Product is stitched, altered, or damaged by the customer.

• Return requested after 15 days.

• Missing original packaging.
